AT4K Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool
The AT4K is a mechanical flange alignment tool that is used to correct:
- Linear misalignment (when the axis of the two flanges are not aligned)
- Rotational misalignment (when the axis of the flanges are aligned but the boltholes are not)
AT9K Hydraulic Flange Alignment Tool
The AT9K is a Hydraulic flange alignment tool designed for medium and large flanges that is used to correct:
- Linear misalignment (when the axis of the two flanges are not aligned)
- Rotational misalignment (when the axis of the flanges are aligned but the bolt holes are not)
The AT9K can produce a maximum reaction alignment force of 90kN when the maximum hydraulic pressure of 10,000psi (700Bar) is applied to the tool.
FSW17D Flange Spreading Wedge Twin Tool Kit
A set of 2 Hydraulic Flange Spreading Wedges actuated by 700bar hydraulics. The FSW17 flange spreading wedge can enter a flange joint access gap as little as 6mm and produce a maximum force of 326kN when used in pairs (as recommended) to push the mating faces of flanges apart. The FSW17 can create a gap up to 81mm between flange faces with the stepped blocks fitted facilitating the replacement of gaskets, seal ring’s, or other flange face maintenance and testing.

The FSW17 flange spreading wedge can enter a flange joint access gap as little as 6mm and produce a maximum force of 326kN when used in pairs (as recommended) to push the mating faces of flanges apart. The FSW17 can create a gap up to 81mm between flange faces with the stepped blocks fitted facilitating the replacement of gaskets, seal ring’s, or other flange face maintenance and testing. It is strongly recommended that a minimum of 2 flange spreading wedges are used when spreading a flange joint. The flange spreading wedges should be positioned at opposite sides of the flange joint and actuated as necessary to maintain a parallel joint gap.

PH300S, PH580S and PH1100S Sealed Hydraulic Hand Pumps
A sealed hydraulic hand pump that is used to provide up to 10,000psi / 700Bar of hydraulic pressure to single acting hydraulic systems.
The PH pump range are equipped with a flexible reservoir that contracts when oil is pumped from the reservoir into the system – this removes the requirement for an air vent and eliminates the possibility of accidental oil spillage from the reservoir.
The flexible reservoir enables the pump to be used in any orientation without the risk of air entering the hydraulic system. It also prevents contamination or debris entering the hydraulic system from the atmosphere.

PH300T, PH580T and PH1100T Sealed Hydraulic Hand Pumps
The sealed hydraulic hand pumps that are used to provide up to 10,00psi / 700Bar of hydraulic pressure to single acting hydraulic systems.
The PH300T, PH580T and PH1100T pumps are equipped with two outlet ports with individual control valves, this enables the operator to control two hydraulic systems independently or synchronized if both vales are left open.

WJ19K Hydraulic Lifting Wedge Jack
A Hydraulic Lifting Wedge Jack actuated by 700 bar hydraulics
The WJ19K lifting wedge jack can enter an access gap as small as 9.5mm and produce a maximum lifting force of 183kN up to a height of 67.5mm when 700 bar of hydraulic pressure is applied. Multiple tools can be linked together to produce greater lifting forces.
The WJ19K tools can be used in any orientation making them suitable for lifting, pushing and spreading applications.
